10. Happiness
I just started watching this Zombie Survival film and I think it is pretty good.
The reason why I have this in my top 10 is because it is a zombie short show that has a bit of romance and brought a few memories from Covid-19, although I haven’t watched much of this show I think it will kind of turn out good.
9. 60 Days In
I have been pretty invested in this show for a few years.
A little bit like Scared Straight where people somewhat like agents, put themselves in jail to experience what prison is like.
Some episodes people go in alone and in others they are sent with partners.
Another reason why I like this show is because I like to watch what some prison environments are like even if it is scripted, like a movie Escape Plan, I get to watch the main characters struggle through, or dominate in a prison environment.
8. The 100
The 100 is a gripping post-apocalyptic series that masterfully blends survival, moral dilemmas, and complex character development. The show explores themes of leadership, sacrifice, and the consequences of humanity’s actions, all while keeping viewers hooked with intense plot twists and emotional moments.
7. Its Okay Not to be Okay
An Emotional Roller coaster that explores mental health, healing, and self-acceptance.
The show follows the relationship between a troubled caregiver and a successful but emotionally scarred children’s book author, blending deep psychological themes with heartwarming moments.
6. Prison Break
Two brothers repeatedly escape prison to clear their names expose the corrupt American government and protect their family.
Like 60 days in, I really like prison scenarios in shows, and some shows sometimes show the reality of the people you could meet in there and the environments are sometimes vastly different depending on the country.
5. Squid Game
survival drama that explores the dark side of human nature. With its unique concept of life-or-death games, it dives into themes of desperation, inequality, and the lengths people will go to for money.
4. The SandMan
This Show is pretty much in a tie with Squid Game. I really liked the concept of it. The Dream King (Sand Man) is on a mission to restore his kingdom and retrieve his power that was stolen from him by humans.
One Character I really liked in this show beside Sand Man was the one guy he made Immortal and met up with every one hundred. The reason why I liked that character is because no matter what hardships he has been through he keeps wanting to live and do and find new things as humanity progresses, which is intriguing.
3. Lucifer
The show follows Lucifer Morningstar, the charming and witty Devil, as he navigates life on Earth while solving crimes and exploring his own identity.
Lucifer offers a fun mix of intrigue, romance, and personal growth.
2. Sweet Home
A mutant Evolution monster outbreak where people turn into monsters based on their desires.
I really, really enjoyed this show, 3 season and each episode making you want to watch more and more.
The main character Cha Hyun-su and a few others get monstrous abilities that they can’t really control making them kind of outcasts with their surviving group of basically normal people.
1. Supernatural
Two Supernatural Detective Brothers Sam and Dean, travel America, exercise spirits and demons, and even at some point save the world from a Demon Uprising bringing Hell to Earth.
This is a very good show In my opinion, its funny, thrilling and has a bit of horror. This show almost balances everything out, its not perfect but it is a really good watch.
