Best songs : MANNEQUIN (feat. xaviersobased) 9/10 and EARDRUMMER 8/10

This might be Che’s WORST album yet. Throughout the album he uses loud and obnoxious sounds. His lyrics are terrible, at this point he’s just spouting words. This has to be one of the biggest downfalls I have ever seen. He has gone from perfecting layering his sound to just throwing in whatever. This album was truly disappointing to hear and I expect more from such a great underground artist.

His best song is Mannequin, as the beat is unique. The feature on the song is xaviersobased which is one of my favorite artists. I honestly think Xavier is the reason this song is any good at all. Xavier has his iconic rhythm and I think he suits this song perfectly. If anything he should have gotten this beat, it suits his style of music way better than Che.

While Mannequin has a nice one of a kind beat, the third track on the album On Fleek has a very repetitive and unlistenable beat. The bass in On Fleek is genuinely ear-bleeding, it’s impossible to listen to without getting a headache. As for his singing/rapping I don’t even know which to call it. It’s just straight up awful, to me it just sounds like yelling.

Eardrummer has a unique beat and I like the fact it has a similar vibe to his older songs. It actually reminds me of another rapper called Osamason. Other than these two songs, it sounds like he is trying to sound like other artists. Many people have actually been comparing his new album to Playboi Carti. A very popular rapper who has a really recognizable music style.

I recommend listening to his older songs. As they have more interesting instrumental and smoother flow.
