Anxiety disorders

A mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities

Examples of anxiety disorders include panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

An anxiety disorder is a serious thing that can happen in school which causes one to overthink about it and has some effects on them in school.The effects are starting to lose trust,overthinking and fear about what others think about you. Also it starts making you stress out about your learning and you then give a poor performance.

 

Depression disorders 

Depression is being alone,hopeless,frustration about small things and sleeping.The feeling of depression is a feeling that most of the time your alone trying to lie to other about your feelings and then try to sleep hoping one day it stop and then you can be yourself again.But the most important part of this feeling is whether it was caused by a person or death of a family member or even in a argument whether something could have been said but can’t be taken back.Sometimes people wish to be happy or try their best to find that happiness they need to be themselves again but for other it hard as much as you want to be happy it cant always happen.Depression is like a cycle of being happy to something happening and relapsing to being alone then you feel yourself again.
