Nettspend is an American rapper and songwriter. He gained popularity after a snippet of his song, “Drankdrankdrank”, went viral on Twitter in late 2023. Nettspend’s musical style stems from trap, a
subgenre of hip-hop. His music has also been characterized as jerk, a hip-hop subgenre which consists of “pitched-up, layered vocals and bass. He made his first festival performance at Rolling Loud in
March 2024. On February 21, 2025, Nettspend announced his upcoming “Invert” tour on social media. The tour is sponsored by Vans, and runs from March 14th to April 16th (I went to the concert in Boston!). He also has multiple songs with millions of streams on multiple streaming platforms. Nettspend has also been spotted making a runway debut at Paris fashion week.
2. OsamaSon
OsamaSon is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer, He became widely known within theunderground rap scene after his breakout hits “Cts-V” and “Troops¨ . He is known for his experimental, “maximalist rage” sound, which features heavy bass, intricate synths, and a layered, energetic production style. He released his fourth commercial mixtape, psykotic, in October 2025. He also has completed sold-out tours across the US and Europe.
3. Xaviersobased
Xaviersobased is an American rapper, record producer, and songwriter from New York City, known for his eccentric, experimental style that blends genres like trap, plugg, and hyperpop. His music often features fast-paced beats, layered melodies, and a distinctive “off-key” vocal delivery. He is a member of the hip-hop collective 1c34 and has gained a significant following, particularly on online platforms. Xaviersobased’s most popular song is “love hate” with over 13 million streams on Spotify. Other highly streamed songs of his are “Need Me,” and “what zit tooya”.
4. Che
Che (also known as cheRomani+, murkio!, and Sayso), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer. His early output showcased a chaotic blend of rage rap, pluggnB, and hyperpop influences. He first gained traction in late 2021 through viral tracks on TikTok and streaming platforms, particularly for his song “Agenda”, and later saw additional success with “Miley Cyrus” and “Pizza
Time”.
5. Summrs
Summrs is an American rapper and singer. He was a member of the now defunct collective Slayworld,along with Goonie, Kankan, and many other artists, producers, and graphic designers. He is known forbeing one of the main pioneers of the pluggnb subgenre of plugg music. Summrs has released several popular songs, such as “Marble Floors” and “So Much Cheese,” and has gained significant attention through collaborations with artists like Yeat and TyFontaine.
