The World of Theatre at North High!
A dark and spacious room in the building of North High. A room with a big stage, many seats over 100, and up in the booth where you can change the lighting in the room. That’s the beauty of the world of theatre!
Directed by Mrs. Kirkpatrick, theatre is the world of creativity! Recently doing a play about Clue, the theatre program at North High has been a success. Kids these days don’t enjoy the fun and the artsy world but the actors from the theatre program will call it a “high rush” and a “community” From Hailey, an actor in the play!
Theatre lets students enter the world of creativity, be free, let them act as a new person, interact with other students and have new perspectives with others! Rehearsals are mostly throughout the week, with costume fitting, blocking and staging and so much more! “We just finished our production of ‘Clue’ and I spent most of the final performance laughing at the perfect comic timing and tearing up with joy. I can’t wait for the next show!”- Mrs. Kirkpatrick
