The coaches have played an important role in the team’s success. They encourage players to stay disciplined and focused during games. When the team is behind, the coaches remind them to stay confident and keep working. During practices, players work on shooting, defense, and to prepare for game situations. This preparation shows during close games, when players stay composed and play smart.
The energy at North High basketball games makes them exciting to attend. The gym is often filled with students, families, and staff who come to support the team. The crowd gets loud during big moments, especially when North makes a basket or gets a defensive stop. The crowd cheers throughout the game, which motivates the players and creates a strong home court game.
Even during away games, the team brings the same level of effort. Players support each other from the bench and stay locked in during tough moments. This attitude shows maturity and commitment to the team. Every game, whether at home or away, is treated as an opportunity to improve. Many of North High’s games have been close, coming down to the final minutes.
