NBA RECAP
December 4, 2025
The NBA delivered another night of high-energy matchups, standout performances, and dramatic finishes that kept fans locked in from tip-off to the final buzzer.
The Boston Celtics extended their win streak with a 118–109 victory, powered by Jayson Tatum’s dominant 34-point performance. Tatum attacked the paint early and knocked down timely threes late, while Jaylen Brown added 26 points to help Boston hold off a late fourth-quarter push. With the win, the Celtics continue to look like one of the top contenders in the Eastern Conference.
In a classic West Coast showdown, the Golden State Warriors edged the Los Angeles Lakers 112–108 thanks to Stephen Curry’s 37 points, including a pair of deep threes in the final two minutes. Despite LeBron James nearly posting a triple-double, the Lakers couldn’t capitalize on key possessions down the stretch. Anthony Davis added 28 points but struggled late as Golden State’s defense tightened.

Oklahoma City keeps showing why their young roster is a threat in the West. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander poured in 31 points and rookie Chet Holmgren added 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 blocks in a 121–104 win. Their fast-paced offense and swarming defense helped them break the game open in the third quarter.
The New York Knicks locked down the Miami Heat in a gritty 94–89 win at Madison Square Garden. Julius Randle and Jalen Brunson combined for 45 points, but the story of the night was New York’s defense, which held Miami to just 37 percent shooting. The Heat, still dealing with injuries, struggled to find rhythm in the half-court.
