We as investigate we as a few important questions like how and why does Doherty an south have a field but north does not have a field  Because we want to know how much they make and how much it takes to keep it running  what we learnt while doing this recherche is that  We didn’t know that they are two different  rates for example  Non-Profit Rate: $245/hour and the For-Profit Rate: $395/hours

this is what we found out when we was investigating we found Rental Rate: Three (3) hour minimum is required. Rate includes use of field, sound system, scoreboard, field lights, site administrator, and custodial fees. Custodial fee is based on set-up through 30 minutes after the scheduled event. Additional custodial charges may apply based on actual clean-up necessary. Each additional hour is $110 per hour utilizing two custodians.

 Police Coverage: All rentees of Berkshire Bank Field at Foley Stadium must contact the Worcester Police Department regarding police coverage at an event. The Worcester Police Department will determine the level of police coverage needed at the event. The rentee is responsible for coordinating and paying the Worcester Police Department directly for any services provided.

 Special Events: The use of the Berkshire Bank Field at Foley Stadium for special events (i.e. concerts) will be based on a negotiated rate with the Superintendent of Schools or designee. For interscholastic athletic rentals of the field, the Worcester Public Schools reserves the right to determine whether to charge a rental rate for use of field or require spectators to pay the Worcester Public Schools approved ticket prices for admission to the event. All ticket sales collected will be kept by the Worcester Public Schools. This determination will be made by the Worcester Public Schools at time of rental application.
